If you’d like to cancel your subscription, it’s quick and easy to do online — and you can rejoin the fun anytime! 🙂

Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click ‘Subscriptions’ at the top of your page to see your subscription history

3. Locate the subscription you’d like to cancel and select 'Click here to view subscription'

4. At the top of your page, click ‘Cancel my subscription’

5. A pop-up will appear asking why you’d like to cancel — just fill this in and confirm your cancellation

6. To check it’s worked, head back to ‘My subscriptions’ and you’ll see the subscription marked as cancelled ✅

Changed your mind? No problem! You can restart your subscription anytime from where you left off. Just go to ‘My subscriptions’, find the one you want to restart, and click ‘Reactivate my subscription’ to jump straight back in.
