📅 How do I change the date of my next subscription delivery?Updated 6 days ago

Need your next collectible to arrive a little earlier or later? No problem — you can easily change the date of any upcoming delivery 🙂

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Click ‘My subscriptions’ at the top of your page

  3. Locate the subscription you’d like to update and select 'Click here to view subscription'

  4. In the Billing schedule section, you’ll see all the upcoming delivery dates for your subscription

  5. Find the delivery you’d like to move and click ‘Reschedule’

  6. Select your new date and save your changes

This will only update that specific delivery. If you want to change more than one, simply repeat the process for the others.
