⏭️ How do I pause or skip a subscription delivery?Updated 6 days ago

We know life gets busy — so our subscriptions are designed to be flexible! You can easily pause or skip a delivery whenever you need to 📦✨

To skip your next delivery ➡:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click ‘My subscriptions’ at the top of your page

3. Locate the subscription you’d like to skip a delivery of and select 'Click here to view subscription'

4. Find the upcoming delivery and click ‘Skip payment’ — this will skip that delivery and move your subscription to the next delivery date shown

To pause your subscription✋:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click ‘My subscriptions’ at the top of your page

3. Locate the subscription you’d like to pause and select 'Click here to view subscription'

4. Click ‘Pause my subscription’ at the top of your page— your subscription will stay on hold until you’re ready to return
