If you need to cancel an order, get in touch with us as quickly as possible and we’ll do our very best to stop it before it’s dispatched 💚.

Our warehouse team begins processing orders straight away to get your collectibles to you quickly, which means there’s only a short window to cancel. Once your order has been packed and shipped, we’re unable to stop it — but you can still return it to us for a refund once it arrives.
