Returns Policy

1. Introduction

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made directly from The Koin Club. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if:

    •    It is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

    •    It is returned within the applicable returns period set out below.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition, is returned after the returns period, or does not comply with the terms of this policy. Items returned outside of the returns policy will not be sent back to you.

In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit equal to the value of your return instead of a refund.

3. Returns Period

    •    UK Orders: Items must be returned within 28 days from the date of dispatch.

    •    International Orders: Items must be returned within 40 days from the date of dispatch.

4. Return Costs

    •    UK Returns: Free of charge when using our Royal Mail Tracked Returns service.

    •    International Returns: The sender is responsible for all return postage costs.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within two working days of receiving your returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

6. How to Return an Item

UK Customers:

    1.    Access our Royal Mail Tracked Returns portal [link].

    2.    Enter your order number, contact details, and reason for return.

    3.    Choose to print your label at home, arrange a free Royal Mail collection (no printer required), or drop your parcel at the Post Office.

    4.    Retain your tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.

International Customers:

    1.    Package your item securely in its original packaging.

    2.    Address it to:

    3.    Use a reliable postal or courier service. Tracked shipping is recommended.

    4.    Retain proof of postage and tracking details until your refund has been confirmed.

7. Exclusions

Personalised or bespoke items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty upon arrival.
